GOOD FOR

Getting a taste of Aasha and our Okanagan terroir. Our Fall 22' Mixed Case features one bottle of each of our latest releases. A savoury Pinot Noir, a textural Chardonnay and a luscious Pinot Noir Rosé.

In A Moment is a cerebral, medium-bodied red that will low-key usurp all dinner party banter inspiring every guest at the party to call out flavour after flavour as it evolves over the course of a meal. Ruby and crystalline in the glass, In A Moment is an ode to Pinot Noir’s savoury side: smoky notes of leather and tobacco call perfectly beat-up motorcycle jackets and big The Outsiders energy to mind; on the palate, red fruit flavours of plum, raisin and balsamic-drizzled strawberry intermingle with herbaceous aromas of dried sage and thyme, all rounded out by a Niçoise olive kick. Impeccably balanced and endlessly complex, this is the kind of wine that you’ll be thinking about for weeks on end— make sure to cellar a few bottles (anywhere from 1-5 years) for further inspiration and heightened intensity.

Beautiful Wall is a buoyant, charismatic expression of Chardonnay at its most dazzling— this is a Chard who has decided to fully come out of its shell and embrace its main character energy. Aged for just under a year in a thoughtful blend of French and American oak, the palate is bright and textural, rich in flavour but restrained in body. Explosive pineapple flavours are countered by a sprinkle of fresh coconut; think: the most elegant piña colada this world has ever known. Smooth Madagascar vanilla bean is similarly balanced by a twist of spice and gorgeous acid like ripe mango seasoned with Tajin. Like drinking a glass of pure sunshine, Beautiful Wall pairs as comfortably with spicy summer fare as it does with pure vibes.

A luscious, decadent rosé of Pinot Noir that slinks onto the palate like a swathe of satin, running laps around your average pink patio-pounder. A wine of great backbone and texture, it draws you in with a sprinkle of white flower petals on the nose before taking a spirited turn and diving headfirst into a bowl of sublime summer strawberries and freshly whipped cream. Weighty but never heavy, fruit flavours of white grape and fresh peach expand on the palate, all tied together with a (metaphorical) drizzle of caramel and lengthy, expressive finish. As brilliantly as Better Days pairs with anything from Thai curry to Greek salad to grilled octopus, we recommend sipping at least one glass meditatively with your eyes closed while daydreaming about diving into a pool of it.
