GOOD FOR

Getting a taste of Aasha and our Okanagan terroir. Our Fall/Winter 21' Mixed Case features one bottle of each of our latest releases. A complex Pinot Noir, a seamless aged Syrah Rosé, and a versatile Chardonnay.

Not too big, not too light, this pinot is just right. Inviting aromas of strawberries, vanilla, black pepper, and fresh-cut flowers set the stage for this velvety, yet super-fresh pinot. Black raspberry, cherry, and spicy cedar round out the palate, while a hint of burnt orange peel on the finish keeps things interesting. It may be too complex for Goldilocks, but bear in mind she’s a young girl—there’s no doubt this is a sophisticated crowd-pleaser.

GOOD FOR —

Gamey meats and earthy mushrooms.
Fall family gatherings.
Late night cheese plates.
A cabin in the woods.

Rich and buttery with a bright lemon zest edge, this versatile chardonnay checks all the boxes. Baked apple blends with fresh, tart McIntosh flavors on the palate while waves of toasted walnut, honey, and a hint of vanilla flow together for a finish that just keeps building glass after glass. Some wines are built to start the meal, others to finish—Palolem is one of the rare bottles fit to carry you through the whole night.

GOOD FOR —

Warm autumn nights in the countryside.
Appetizers, mains, and dessert.
Grilled shellfish with drawn butter.
Movie night done right.

Spicy, yet smooth, seamlessly meshing rich dry apricot notes with bright, zesty lemon and a finishing edge of just-ripe pineapple. Each sip an evolution—first the spice dominates, then the zesty citrus, or perhaps the dried fruit. The lingering finish keeps you coming back for more, searching for just what makes this so special. And then—just when you think you solved the puzzle—the bottle is empty.

GOOD FOR —

Shakshuka on a summer Sunday.
French Riviera daydreaming.
Oysters with freshly grated horseradish.
Spicy second dates.
