A rugged yet sophisticated Cab Sauv: sandalwood aromas on the nose give way to a joyful, ripe palate of blackberry, strong coffee and dark chocolate. Structured, endless finish.

A gutsy and assertive Syrah: nose of warm spicy plum and freshly-baked terra cotta: palate of sweet tobacco and freshly-picked blackberry. Long and savoury finish.

A confident, textural rosé of Pinot Noir: soft, ethereal nose gives way to a lively palate of bright raspberry and watermelon.
