SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship orders Tuesdays and Fridays. Once you place your order, please allow 3-4 days of processing time, with an estimated shipping time for the west coast of 2-3 business days, and 5-7 business days to the east coast.
Our shipments are transported in a temperature controlled vehicle to ensure the quality of our wines will not be compromised. Due to the selected courier and provincial rules, we are unable to ship to Quebec, Alberta, Nunavut, Yukon, the North West Territories, or outside of Canada.
Please reach out to info@aashawines.com if the deliveries drastically exceed the guidelines above with your order number and details.

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
If you purchased Aasha Wines directly from aashawines.com you may contact us at info@aashawines.com within thirty (30) days of the purchase date and we will assist you with your refund, this may result in a full or partial refund. We do not provide any return at the moment.
Your refund will be reflected in the original credit card used to make the purchase. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, and Interact Debit)
If you notice the damage before accepting the package, please refuse the delivery, if you do not see the damage, defects, or breakage until you have opened the package, we would appreciate a photo of the damage and contact us at info@aashawines.com to resolve the issue.
