These three Syrah's, 17' From Here On In, 18 ' Leaving Home, and 19' The Bridge, showcase the unique character of this grape and how our palette has evolved over the years.

2017 From Here On In is lighter and full of surprises, while 2018 Leaving Home has become earthy and invigorating, reminiscent of the lean, savoury reds of France's Northern Rhône Valley. 2019 The Bridge, becomes warm, with spicy plum and freshly-baked terra cotta on the nose, with fruit flavours of freshly-picked blackberry.

Each wine offering something different and showcasing the versatility of the Syrah grape. Whether you're a fan of deep, complex wines or lighter, fruitier ones, there's a Syrah here for everyone to enjoy.

The nose draws you in with its tones of warm spicy plum and freshly-baked terra cotta. Texture is soft but freckled with prickling acidity like stars in a rural night sky. Palate is driven by earthy notes of rain-drenched sandalwood and sweet tobacco, then followed up by fruit flavours of freshly-picked blackberry, so precise they’re practically staining your fingertips. Finish is savoury, long, and brilliantly green; pair with Woody Guthrie tunes, campfire-grilled vegetables, and your softest flannel shirt.

A sleek & stylish Syrah with a beguiling inner magnetism & seductive glint in its eye— if it were a person it would be some sort of crazy game-changing hybrid of James Bond & James Dean.

Fresh & light-bodied, yes, but juicebox-y one-note park wine this Syrah is not! This is a lighter red with a backstory, a glass of wine like a mystery to be solved: it’s like standing in front of a Jackson Pollock painting, an endless parade of new details to uncover.

Red & blue fruit flavours stroll hand-in-hand with bright green eucalyptus & swirls of spicy tobacco; classic savoury Syrah notes of crispy bacon, cigar box, & leather saddle are woken up by an electric flash of grape stem on the finish. This is a red that can pair with literally anything, even nothing: it’s a red wine drinker’s aperitif!

This earthy, crisp Syrah is as fresh and invigorating as a cool morning hike in early autumn, only way lower effort. Reminiscent of the lean, savoury reds of France’s Northern Rhône Valley.

Leaving Home kicks things off with a smoky, mineral nose like the opening guitar chord of a guttural garage rock song. This is a serious wine meant to challenge and entice, a wine meant for cool breezes, challenging flavours, and the most intense conversations.

A muscular medium body and grippy cat’s tongue tannins envelop core flavours of purple plum, dried date, and fragrant tobacco. The enduring finish highlights Syrah’s signature meatiness, calling out for a classic steak au poivre as accompaniment.
