Refund & Returns Policy

If you purchased Aasha Wines directly from www.aashawines.com and , you may contact us at info@aashawines.com within thirty (30) days of the purchase date and we will assist you with your refund, this may result in a full or partial refund. We do not provide any return policy at the moment. 

Your refund will be reflected in the original credit card used to make the purchase. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, and Interact Debit)

If you notice the damage before accepting the package, please refuse the delivery, if you do not see the damage, defects, or breakage until you have opened the package, we would appreciate a photo of the damage and contact us at info@aashawines.com to resolve the issue.

Gaurav is a physician and Tracy a nurse, who met and fell in love slowly over the ins and outs of emergency room life in Toronto. Knowing a lot about drinking wine but almost nothing about making it, they joined forces with talented local partners to learn everything they can about their land, their grapes, and how to best tell the story of Okanagan terroir.
