Now Two is a Cabernet Sauvignon that thrives on the interplay between ruggedness and sophistication. The story of this brawny yet elegant red begins with a sweetly perfumed nose, almost nostalgic in its gentle expressions of wood: your grandfather’s cigar box, your great-aunt’s sandalwood music box, the charmingly cluttered woodshop in your parents’ garage.

The palate is joyful and ripe: overflowing baskets of blackberries, a freshly-brewed pot of perfectly strong coffee, the snap of a square of the finest dark chocolate. Finish is structured and prolonged, with unapologetically grippy tannins born to pair with deep braised meats, rich French sauces, and heart wrenching piano concertos.

Quiet morning, sounds of heartbeat and breath as companions. Today is different. A voice in a home that is not mine. Laughter, aspiration and learning fill this space . Empty space feels full, life added to a hollow.

Searching no more, calmness fills me. Racing thoughts slow, a full heart gives warmth. Rushing home in the cold winter for the comfort of a shared gaze.

Compassion overcomes selfish, giving and not wanting, us before me. Where I live becomes home like this. Sense is made of values. Wanting nothing, but needing this. There was always only one, and in a moment, just like that, now two.
